Bartrod travel bugs

The travel bug is a black hot rod Hot Wheels with BART painted on the back....known as BARTROD #1....is the first in a set of four black hot rods. This TB has been missing for over 4 years...a proxy now travels in its place.

Thanks to Exman for creating a proxy and for Sweetlife for delivering it...will attach another "hot rod" and see how far it gets this time...the original had only about 170 miles on it and had been in only four caches before it disappeared. It would be interesting if the original ever reappears but it's been "lost" for more than four years.

Was sent this trackable to add a trinket to it. It now has a Paracord Key Fob attached to it and will be released soon. Will drop into a local cache here in my yard so it gets the miles. Will post a picture of its new look.

Just found an old old note showing where I discovered your BARTROD #1 Geocoin/Travel Bug way back in 2008 while I was on vacation in Michigan visiting family folks when I found your Travel Bug at one of the local events.
