    After a long and arduous trip through the high country of Colorado, Utah, and Arizona, camping with the Travel Bug Rescue Team and the Old People on various mountain tops they arrived in La$ Vega$ safe and sound. After a few camper shower and spit baths, the TBs who made this trek were ready for a little pampering. So the Travel Bug Rescue Team who know the owners of the Eldorado Valley Day Spa for Travel Bugs made arrangements for them all to be comped to a Day Spa Treatment. They all went in this morning and will return this afternoon to the TBRT and the Old People. They will be ready for a trip to the Mid-West this next week.

    This was a high altitude stop for the travel bugs who were rescued by the Travel Bug Rescue Team. At 10582 feet the rarefied air envigorated the travel bugs. There was a real party going on behind the two seater at this cache location. A lightening show took place early in the evening and then rain followed by another fireworks show. The TBs are on the move again.

    The Travel Bug Rescue Team of Squirrel (Nutlee), Penguin, R J Penguin, Moose, Bear, O.P., and Wee Waddles picked up Chupacabras from Nature's Preserve cache. They were on a vacation-geocaching expedition with the Old People. This travel bug will join several others on a tour of the high country.

    The TBRT is probably as close to monsters as this little TB will likely get to on this trip.

    Found this bug in Maynard's Meadow GCPF8H, WY. Will let him ride with us for a while while we're on the lookout for monsters. Or at least stuff that scares us a little...

    Chupacabras embarked on the next leg of his journey before I was able to announce where we placed him! He was placed in Maynard's Meadow GCPF8H, after a location closer to Devil's Tower was ruled out due to the size of the cache container. A Native American myth about this sacred place has the distinctive gashes on the Tower being created by a giant bear attempting to reach humans on the top. A picture of Chupacabras preparing for a similar assault has been taken, but I will need to post it when able to access at a better speed. EyeOh and Team Anime, Holts Summit, MO.

    Chupacabras has been found! Like Godzilla, the great monster rises once more, primed to stomp through the countryside to another location. Chupa was discovered in the Cosmo Gatekeeper cache in Columbia, Missouri. We shall find a suitable location for him as we travel to Montana in a couple weeks. EyeOh and Team Anime, Holts Summit, MO.

    I checked High Ridge Joy, but Chupacabras was not there. I am sure he enjoyed his stay since this cache is a very short distance from the devil's icebox, a local cave.
