NOW THAT STAN HAS BY CHANCE ARRIVED BACK IN UK, I'M CHANGING HIS MISSION TO :-
WANTS TO VISIT AND BE DROPPED OFF IN A CACHE IN SOLIHULL SO HE CAN REPORT BACK TO HIS C.O. ON ALL THE (original mission) :-
caches visited near the seaside all over the world. “Please take me to the great beaches of the world – Bondi, Cannes, Copacabana, Bali, Blackpool, Naples, New Brighton …..”
Aug 2009: OK All you Aussies & Kiwis! We know you have some great beaches over there - not to mention the weather - but is Stan ever going to get to meet some South American or Oriental beauties?!!
Aug 2014: Great to see that Stan is still travelling the world: I think he's my longest-lived geocoin that I've set free 
Let's hope he remains lucky and none of the caches he's put in get muggled.
Jan 2017: Stan's still going after 44,500 miles and almost 8 years!! Definitely my record geocoin! Thanks very much indeed to all the folk who've taken the trouble to take and upload photos of him enjoying the sand & scenery.
