This travel bug is competing against its brother Sydney in a race. It was activated on the day of the 2004 Summer Olympic Games opening ceremonies in Athens, Greece. My sons and I are watching to see which TB will visit the most caches before the opening ceremonies of the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy. We're hoping that along the way it will visit Host Cities of previous Olympic Games.
I had the very fortunate opportunity to visit Athens prior to the 2004 Summer Olympic Games and assist with Olympic preparations. During my visit I was given this keychain by the firefighters of the Hellenic Fire Brigades. It seemed a better purpose to send it out to see the world then to put it in my pocket or a display case. Please help it to win its race. Photos of the places visited would be GREAT!
