Belleisle kindly dropped Hot Dog Man off in my mailbox so that I could give him a lift back to Texas after Christmas. He spent a chilly night out there and is very excited to get home.

We took the Hot Dog Man from the beautiful garden while visiting San Francisco. We will place him in a cache in Malibu nest week. Perhaps a rich relative--a sausage, frankfurter, etc--or another traveller will contact him there and help him go home. For the time being he is resting in his own stateroom in the bow of our boat--we live aboard with our two cats, neither of which like hot dogs, so he is safe here.

Back home in California now and catching up with all the places we visited on our trip around Europe with Hot Dog Man.

We met alot of people along the way that thought we were crazy taking pictures of a toy.
We had a great time with him and will be sending him on his way soon.
