Current Goal

Jonah wants to see the world and send home digital postcards. While he would like having his picture taken in places like the Great Pyramid or Easter Island, he's mostly interested in seeing the world. He also wants to write home about the people he meets and the places he visits.

About This Item

Jonah

Jonah was told to go preach in Ninevah, but fled to Tarshish by way of Joppa and the belly of a great fish. Eventually he got his act together and is now a preacher at large travelling the world to see what's out there.

He's patient and doesn't mind going to lesser known places on his way to any spot in the world that satisfies his urge to travel, see beautiful places, and learn about foreign lands. He would especially enjoy meeting missionaries. A special treat would be a ride with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF).

We decided to leave Jonah near Bothell Washington since if we took him to California the only available Caches close by where only getting a few visits in the past year. JHonah could have gotten stranded. But now that Jonah has left the island he is in a good location to find some one going overseas.

Jonah is now in Woodinville.

We picked him up near our beach house on Whidby Island. He was in a dog park in some woods.

We have offered him the choice of going to Cottage Lake wich is very near our house or in 3 weeks we can give him a lift to the land of fruits and nuts. He thinks he would like Northern California so he is leaning toward that option.

Bob, Cristy our dog Maggie and loaner dog Schatze found Jonah. I tried to paste a picture in here of the two dogs with Jonah but it wipes out the text. I will try the two seperately.
