About This Item

Blue Jeep 4x4s

I liked the Jeep 4x4 Travel Bugs so much that I decided to create my own. I found the larger Jeep at Es Effo Bug Hotel (GCBC09), a cache dedicated to Travel Bugs near an airport. The Micro Jeep is approximately 1:120 scale.

Logging a visit to one of Buxley's Alphabet Series of caches in Central California - this is the famous Wallace Creek, where the San Andreas Fault bent the creek into two right angles.

I'm retiring this TB when it reaches 20k miles - a new TB will take its place soon.

My second time here in Pinnacles, but first time in the caves, and a fantastic encore, due to great company of people and the adventure!

To get here requires driving offroad on Panoche Access Road. Normal cars can get here in dry weather, but offroad vehicle (like a Jeep) makes it easier.

With apologies to Workerofwood, this might have become my favorite multicache.
