This Poppy flower is the gold of California! Its beauty has graced our state from border to border! It is a prolific flower! In the springtime, even the boring drives along freeways have great views of poppy fields! Poppy Fields Forever...lalala hmmmm The Beatles must have been driving through California when they wrote that song LOL :-) Oh wait, that was Strawberry Fields...oh well, poppies are prettier ;)
This little micro coin wants to travel everywhere, and eventually return home to Sacramento, our State Capitol :)
