Current Goal

I'm heading to Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia to attend the 2010 National Boy Scouts of America Jamboree, July 26 - August 4, 2010. This race started on March 6, 2010, but I was delayed in the pits. On April 16-18 I was on display at the Sequoia Council's 100th Anniversary Camporall in Fresno, California. Now I have to start moving.

Race to 2010 - Sequoia Council

This is a Pinewood Derby car that has been borrowed and used by many new Cub Scouts since it was made in 2000. Thanks go to Al Stewart for sharing this car with the boys and now with geocaching.

A Scout is helpful. I hope you will keep me racing. Along the way I wouldn't mind stopping at a Pinewood Derby to race with the Cubs, tag along with a Troop as they work on a service project or go on an adventure with a Crew. Please a record of my exploits in your logs at geocaching.com

Well, it looks like I was #5 checking in to the cache and #7 for distance. I did our best, and was rewarded by arriving at the Jamboree and spending my time at the Technology Quest. When I am released, I would like to travel from Cub Scout pack to pack, visiting Pinewood Derby races and being available to race. That was my job before being selected to Race to the Hill. Let me help a young Cub Scout who doesn't have a car. My maker would be happy about that and so would the creator of the Travel Bug.
