The Landing Zones are a subset of the Aliens Among Us series of mystery caches.
In our overconfidence we have very nearly missed some crucial information. Examination of the video in which a scrambled QR code was transmitted reveals an additional secret; a video technician who analyzed the transmission believes that there might be additional information hidden within interframe static which we had previously disregarded as simple transmission noise. The technician has isolated ten frames in which information may be hidden. However, like the QR codes in that same transmission, the order in which the frames should be viewed is unknown.
When Dr. Okun (who is recovering from his ordeal but is still very weak) saw this data he simply smiled and spoke briefly of a "magical elf" and, much to everyone's surprise, sang a song before slipping back into sleep. Our recording of this information (for what it is worth) is here. It is up to you to make what sense you can of Dr. Okun's tale, extract the hidden information from these video frames, and investigate the Landing Zone.
