You're looking for a small metal gum box camo'd pill container. There is no pen so make sure you bring your own.
The Festival at Riva is a really busy shopping center but we knew that this place was just BEGGING for a cache. The original cache is gone so we replaced it with a camo'd pill container. Stealth is imperative here as there are people everywhere at all times of the day.
If you've done parking lot caches before, this one doesn't deviate from the normal. No hint is required.
