The Putnam Right-of-Way (Old Put) spans 36.2 miles through Westchester County, of which 14.1 miles make up the South County Trailway which runs from Eastview to the New York City border.
This cache is hidden along the Northern section of the South County Trailway that runs from Warehouse Lane in Elmsford to Eastview where it meets the North County Trailway.
Hiding spots are limited, but we found a few in between the already existing caches here.
Because we hid these in winter, it was difficult to tell what the vegetation will be like in the summer months but we tried to pick spots that looked reasonably clear.
