Park and grab in the parking lot of the trailhead for the Yorktown Trailway portion of Granite Knolls Park in Yorktown Heights. Parking area is at the end of Buckhorn Street, as is the cache. No need to enter the trail. Log only, please bring your favorite writing implement.
After a long day of playing Settlers of Catan with KimRob2010, we decided to get some actual exercise and find some geocaches. After grabbing a couple of Larra Three's stroll series and bushwhacking to BacMac's 2000, we headed back to the car and decided to place this in the parking area. No need to enter the trail system. This is the first of a series based on the game Settlers of Catan, which has been taking up far too much of our leisure time lately. Anybody else out there familiar with the game? Nerd Power!
