Walkin' Ed's log inspired me to add this to the cache description: the cache is NOT hidden in the rock wall, so don't tear it apart!
I named this cache for my 6.5 year old son, who is an eagle-eyed geocacher. His uncle (also David) took him to an army surplus store and bought him a 12 X 12 ammo box. Ever since then, my son has been anxious to hide his own cache!
We rated the terrain a 3 difficulty, as the hike is short but steep in both directions. You go up and over a ridge from the recommended parking to the cache.
This looks like a great area without any nearby caches. We may be back soon to hide my husband's first!
