This cache is located in Monrovia Canyon Park along Canyon Blvd in the hills of Monrovia. The park is open 8-5 everyday except Tuesday and there is a $2 parking fee. Be sure to give yourself enough time to leave the park before closing. The gates are promptly locked at 5pm whether there are cars still in there or not.
The trailhead is located across from the tollbooth at the first parking lot. Follow the Bill Cull Trail to the left up until the "Y" then go left again, taking the trail that DOES NOT go to the waterfall. Follow it all the way up to the cache.
Beware of the usual dangers along the trail, including steep drop-offs, ticks, snakes, heat, etc. It is about 1.5 miles to the cache with wonderful views of the canyon and Sawpit Dam. When you reach the cache, you can see for miles out toward the west, even to the ocean on clear days.
The cache is in a 6x6 plastic box with a blue lid and originally contained:
