We now have two private property caches on our favorites list for completely different reasons.  This one is a home site that oozes with past and present fun.  The owner gives cachers some opportunities to stop and play.

"Back Acres"

Very nice hike and a super location with a very scenic stream.  The terrain is a bit high.

Nice cache.  The walk isn't very long (about 3/4 miles round trip), but the climb is real.  The views are good from the vista.  There's lots of mountain laurel along the trail that will be blooming in the late spring.

7 Mts. Patch Cache

A large waterfalls, a stream to cross, some mud make this a great, fun cache.  If you are in the area, put this on your list.

A.L.I. Birthday Cache

The view is nice.  The rocks are great.  Along the way in you will find some of the tallest rhododendrons you will ever see.  Oh yeah, you can climb the nearby firetower.

AGT-Clarion-Seneca Point

Few people hide rocks caches as well as Pirate&Crafty and kcepenn.  THis one is really well done and the rock formation is great for climbing.  The falls are a must see.

AGT-Forest-Logan Falls

We came on a perfect day to visit this cache.  The trails were dotted with orchids in bloom and the reservoir was picture perfect.  The cache has a relatively small walk through the woods.

AGT-Forest-Salmon Creek Loop

First rate cache.  This was outstanding in all ways.  The terrain rating is a little high.  The hide difficulty is also high.  The walk is about 3 miles.  It is worth it.

Super AGT cache...  the micros are challenging...  the trail is easy other than the elevation changes...  until the last 200 feet or so...

AGT-Venango-Wildcat Hollow

Outstanding follow-up to the first Tanbark Rocks.  Give extra time to play on the rocks.

AGT-Warren-THE TANBARK ROCKS!!!

The whole setting and the unique way of determining the 2nd set of coordinates made this a very memorable cache, in a good way.

Alchemy

Great summit cache.  Views are very good about 1/10 mile from the cache.  If you do this start at the parking area for the summit observation tower.  Note: they close the gate about a half hour before close.

Ascutney Assault  #1

This is one of those caches where it is great to be able to say we found it.  It was a tremendous location with a nice, tough hike and fantastic wildflowers along the way.  Well done.  It will be sad to see it archived, but we were enriched.

ASP High Point

Made better because we found it with friends.  This is a nice hike and well done hide.  Explore while in the area.  Depending on your approach, this can be a very tough terrain.

This was a good walk on a section of trail and creek we had never seen in the park.

BCSP 3 2007 - The Old Soldier

A very fun and creative puzzle.  Kids would love this.  The beach is also great.

Beachcombing at Bayshore Waterfront Park

We have been to some really great cave and rock caches.  It's hard to stand out in this exceptional crowd, but this is the best so far.

Bear Rocks Caves

This is an exceptional cache that gets very few visitors.  There is a nice walk to the cache with splendid views.

Benninghoff Cache

Visit the rocks.  It's a beautiful place.  Probably not a place to go in the snow.
