Help me find my device.
I have lost my device, and that is the only way I have of finding my 12 gallon container of good stuff that I hid in the woods!
Please help me find it before the wrong element finds it.
What is that you say?
What would someone be doing out in the woods walking and just happen to have 2AA batteries, a digital camera with a preview screen, and a thick piece of cloth like a backpack, or winter jacket to block light.
Geocachers carry that type of stuff all the time, but because it is not part of the basic GPSr, map, compass, and first aid kit some may think of it as special equipment thus this just might be thought of as a terrain 5 cache. This is more like a 2.5 on the walking scale.
Note of caution, I noticed some barbed wire on the ground near the final so you may want to watch that if you are bringing a four legged friend.
I have been being hounded about placing a cache on this piece of property for over 2 years. I hope you enjoy this wonderful part of the land trust.
I have to thank jamM for proving that a 5 doesn't need to be a boat cache, and also for mentioning that there has been a rash of no hike hides. That was my inspiration, and motivation for this. If you don't like it blame him, if you like it then it is all me :)
01/06/07 The device is out for repairs, please use the slip of paper in the container at stage one until I can build a new more robust device.
