PLACED THIS HERE 6 YEARS AGO...MUST OF BEEN IN BETTER SHAPE THEN. SMILES. A LITTLE NOTE...TAKE THE HIGH PATH OVER THE LOW ROAD TO GET TO THIS.
REPLACED THE TIN WITH A NEW ONE N NEW SWAG N LOG. ENJOY !!

At the top of Columbia Pass going into Sandy Valley. Plenty of parking area.

If you have the time to take a detour either coming from Nevada to Calif...or from Calif. to Nevada...come this way and pick up some caches. I have placed 6 previous caches on this route plus 9 new ones (5 more IN Sandy Valley.) and 2 at exit 12 ( Jean) in Nevada. Look at the map to see th em all. This route is about 46 miles long with about 11 miles being dirt road. The road is ok for car as far as clearance goes...but with recent rains it might rattle your socks off. Just take that into consideration before you start on this route...drive slow. Smile ! If coming from Nevada on I-15 get off at exit 12 ( Jean) and go north about 6 miles and turn left on Sandy Valley Rd. Follow this to all the caches. After about 13 miles SV Road will automatically turn left and become Kingston Rd. Follow it on out.. ( half of Sandy Valley is Calif...sooooo...look for the caches in Calif too )..after about 3 miles it will turn into dirt for about 11 miles until you come to Cima Rd. Turn left on Cima Rd and follow it about 13 miles and it will run right back into I-15. Please bring writing stick with you.
