Geocache Description:

Park and grab micro. Of course you have to park 1 mile away during the fair.

I love the NC State Fair!!! It's that time of year, so Team WRC decided we would combine our love for the fair with our recently discovered love for caching.

This is one of four micros placed for the 2006 fair. This is the only one you won't have to buy a ticket for, but if you have never been to the fair I suggest you get a ticket anyway and see what it is all about. If you have been before then you probably already have your tickets. These will remain available after the fair, but the real challenge is to find them with 100,000 muggles around!

It's placed in a very visible location, but not one that would get a lot of attention. There may be some muggles about, but they will probably already have their fair goggles on and ignore you, for the most part.

This is a log only micro, so be sure to bring your own writing stick. And please be careful to place it back EXACTLY like you found it. This is to guarantee good camouflage and water resistance.

We hope you enjoy these caches and the fair. There is nothing like it!
