Eastriver, NSD and myself spent the day on Big Tancook Island
exploring and left 5 caches on the Island to entice others to do
the same. I have visited here several times. Island life fascinates
me. It's like a step back in time. And the locals are very
friendly. All caches are easily accessible form the nearby "roads"
on the island.
You will have to take the ferry from Chester to get to the island.

This cache is a small tobacco container wrapped in cammo tape. It
is placed in an area known as S.E. Cove Swimming Beach where you
have an unobstructed view of Ironbound Island. It contains a
variety of swag including a FTF button and Timmies
certificate.
