Geocache Description:

Thames Path - Little Marlow Lakes

The cache is located close to the southern boundary of the flooded Spade Oak gravel pits, close to the Thames Path.  The pits are now a haven for wildlife, particularly birds, and there is good access to the waterside on footpaths or permissive routes.  There is an excellent public house near the recommended parking spot, around 3/4 mile from the cache.

For more information about this area, have a look at the Bucks County Council website, Little Marlow Walk.

You do not need to cross over the railway to find the cache.  However if you continue north, away from the river, you can cross over the railway line and pick up the lakeside path.

You are looking for a camo snap-lock container, containing the log, pencil and a few swaps.

Good luck!
