Nearest and Deerest Traditional Cache

Located near a small National Trust property in the village of Charlecote, Warwickshire.
The cache is placed on a short public footpath in the grounds of Charlecote Park so you should not enter the grounds through the main gate as the ground staff do not like people crossing the park willy-nilly. It is our first cache, close to where we live hence the "nearest" bit. "Deerest" you will understand when you visit the park itself.
Parking (currently free) is available in the NT CP opposite the property, or off road nearer to the cache if preferred. A short walk away from the village towards the airfield (along the main road) brings you to a kissing gate where you can start the short walk to the cache. This is almost opposite the speed restriction sign.
You do not have to leave the path to find this cache. As there are various types of livestock here, please keep dogs on a lead. Although child friendly, be aware that there is water around so keep very young kids under supervision at all times. You might need wellies or boots in very wet weather.
The trees might hamper your coords a bit, but shouldn't be too much of a problem.
