Geocache Description:

Located just off the Oak Ridges Moraine Trail where it follows the path of an old Indian Trail near Bewdley, Ontario.
Cache elevation: 357m

Home, home on the Moraine
Where the deer and the chipmunk play
Where seldom is heard a discouraging word
And the skies are not cloudy all day

The fifteenth in a series of caches to be placed stretching the entire length of the Oak Ridges Moraine. Don't forget to record the Secret Clue under the Lid!

The cache is a camouflage taped 1L Lock & Lock container hidden under a pile of logs.

Roadside parking and access to the Oak Ridges Trail is available along Morton Road at: N44 03.575 W78 16.067

The Oak Ridges Moraine extends 160 kilometres from the Niagara Escarpment in the west to the Trent River system in the east, and is on average 13 kilometres wide. One-hundred-and-fifty metres deep, the Moraine stands out as one of the most distinct landscapes of southern Ontario. Its height above the flat lands to the north and south, its rolling hills and river and stream valleys and large blocks of mixed forest provide solace and a sense of connection to the people who live, work and play on the Moraine, natural and wild habitat for flora and fauna, and untapped recreational opportunities.
