This cache is located in Walnut Grove Cemetery located off route 173 in Jamesville. The terrain is very easy. The cache is located only a few feet off the path.
This is the first cache placed by Cub Scout Pack 156 of Jamesville. It is a ammo box filled with items donated by the Cub Scouts (squirt guns, playing cards, hot wheels, jump rope, glow sticks, etc.) Walnut Grove Cemetery is a old, shady cemetery, perfect for a summer stroll. There are actually two cemeteries adjacent to each other on this location, Walnut Grove, and Avery(Jamesville) Cemetery. Many of the tombstones date to the 19th century. So enjoy this peaceful spot while searching for the cache. Let us know if you are or were a Cub Scout. While in Jamesville, be sure to stop at Robbie T's for a slice of pizza (take 173 West to the intersection of Jamesville Rd, turn left - Robbie T's is just a little ways up on the left). Also, you can visit a number of caches located at Clarks Reservation or Jamesville Beach.
