This cache is beside JingMei river, it's a part of Taipei City Bicycling Riverside Park, near the Southern end of bike way, I ride my bicycle here after dinner very often. One section nearby is under construction now, you can ride to another cache (GCTPK5) by bicycle when it complete in the future.
Notice:
Do not forget to bring a pencil when you try to hunt this cache, if you can post a photo of cache with you or your GPSr to prove will be better.
