Geocache Description:

Catalina Highway just past mile post 19. To end of dirt road.

This will be a beautiful senic drive up the Mt. Lemon Highway. Known as one part of Sky Island. Notice as you pass through many climate zones from low desert with cactus to high Pondrosa and Douglas furs at 8000 feet. Cache will not be accessable in winter if there is much snow. Cache is a typical ammo box. The dirt road leading up to the cache is a little rough. I would advise not taking a standard ground clearance car all the way. You can park at the bottom and its a 10 miniute hike up. Thing one and thing two are awating you inside. Along with a few GE magnets, a metal lizard etc.
This Geocache is dedicated to my son David. In his honor I have stocked this cache with LIVESTRONG braclets. Please take only one and wear it to increase cancer awarness. David truely "Lived Strong". - David's Dad.
