This cache is part of a series based on the idea of Portkeys from the Harry Potter Books.
Portkeys are enchanted objects, often a piece of supposedly worthless junk, which when touched transports a person to a preprogrammed location. (thanks to Harry Potter Lexicon for the definition)
This Portkey, when touched, will transport you south of the border- to Mexico. The cache is filled with items associated with Mexico. Please trade accordingly.
