Geocache Description:

The Coordinates above are for one parking space, more parking at N 52 17.223 W 000 14.467. The Cache is Weelchair and buggy accesible until about 5m from the cache.

The cache has moved places to a nicer and less seasonal place.

Stirtloe is a hamlet next to Buckden off the A1. It
consists of the Manor, a farm, a couple houses and two goats. Close by, there is a quarry where mammoth bones and rhino horns have been found.There is also a gravel works in Paxton where they have preserved the bones, there are some pictures of the bones in the gallery. On route you will find a bench where you can stop and admire the view.

The Coordinates for the cache are N52 17.052 W000 ??.???. These can be found in a micro at N 52 17.124 W000 14.791.

The Cache is a tupperware box, containing a log book, and goodies. Original contents are: Tomatoe seeds (for first to find), compass, squash ball, golf ball, perfume and keyring.
