This is a relatively short walk around Maes Knoll Fort, near Norton Marleward. You need oxygen to get up there!
The views from this cache site are extraordinary, you can see Chew Magna, Chew Valley Lake and beyond. Park at the coordinates given or if you’re feeling brave there are a few other very small tight spots for parking. There is an alternative access road the other side of the fort however this lane is extremely tight, steep, has limited parking and its not a very nice place to be therefore I strongly suggest parking at my coordinates or further into Norton Marleward. The cache is a standard size sandwich box in a camo bag. You do not need to leave any main footpaths or cross barbed wire to get to this cache. There is a nearby steep slope down to the valley below so care with children might be appropriate. Capt. Chaotica TB Secret Bunker has been found by rats whilst he was away racing Hugh the Hippo TB in 2005. To find full the coordinates of this cache you need to locate one of the seven rats - Reg, Rita, Geoff, Jo, Andrew, Vanessa and Gill - they are not all wandering at once.
