This should be a quick P&G. Please note that there will be electrical boxes close by, but you will not have to open them, climb on them, or otherwise damage them to find the cache.
Parking is quite close (just a few feet) away and there may be some muggle activity, but there will be no need to enter the fenced in area, so you should be OK.
