Geocache Description:

A drive-by with great views of Wensleydale and Penhill

The cache is about 200 ft away from the side of the road with plenty of parking which could also be used for Wensleydale View (WGS84) by Greenmantle at N54° 19.425 W1° 54.568 about ½ a mile away.

The grass in the field is kept very short by rabbits so look out for the odd rabbit hole but the spot would make a good place for a picnic however watch out for any youngsters with you as there are some small cliffs to the east.

The long flat hill on the opposite side of Wensleydale is Penhill (the nib of the pen is to the east) with Bishopdale behind it to the west.
The cache is hidden in a 7” treasure tin wrapped in a green plastic bag.
