Geocache Description:

A small cannister containing coins of the world!

A themed cache inspired by a surprise find of an Australian 1912 Sixpence when scoping out a possible cache location not far from the Splat Wall cache planted by Map Monkey… this cache is all about coins of the nations. Inside you will find a selection of small denomination coins from different places around the globe. Please try to keep to the theme and also swap fairly. If you take a rarer coin then leave one of similar value in it’s place.

You are looking for a canister 180 mm long and 50 mm in diameter. Inside is a log sheet, pen, pencil and the goodies. There is enough room at pinch for smaller travel bugs.

At the time of planting the there is a range that includes an NZ penny, UK 20 pence pieces, some rarer Australian coins, a Dime, Malaysian and Indonesian coins, The 1912 sixpence and a European Union Geocoin. I have proposed a special way of signing the log (see photo) and you will need your own hard surface if you want to do it that way, otherwise there is a bit of a walk to some picnic tables in the area.
