The cache is located in tree cover, a short distance from a meadow with excellent views.
I stumbled upon this beautiful hillside meadow as I explored the Adobe Creek Trail. On a good day, you can clearly see Black Mountain, its western ridge, the valley below, and major peaks (Hamilton, Diablo) in the distance.
Poison oak has sprouted nearby recently, but they can be avoided. Reception can be tricky depending on how you approach the hide location. NOTE: People who are shorter than 5'5" might have trouble reaching the hide.
