New Oxford, "the little Town with the Beautiful Circle," derived its name from an ox-head sign at an old inn near a creek ford. The word "New" was added to make a distinction between a similar town in Chester County. I drive around this circle every day going to work and thought it would be a good place to hide a cache. This is also the first cache in New Oxford.
This is a very busy circle at times, you will need to use stealth in finding and replacing cache. Please enjoy the area and read the different plaques.
