Hidden in Azalea Park on the south end of Brookings
Cleverly hidden by Limpi in a medium sized, camouflaged, screw-top, plastic container. There is no bushwacking, etc. necessary, it's easily accessable. It's a popular place so be stealthy. Cache contains a first finder certificate plus the usual goodies.
