This cache placed just off of a busy street. The current owners of the property were kind enough to let me hide it there. Regardless what your GPSr might read, the cache is accessible from the sidewalk. Please DO NOT climb on or into the planter box; please respect their property. Please try to use some stealth when retrieving, especially during business hours.
We placed this cache together with Team Adequate to commemorate their first visit to Tucson!
I chose this spot to highlight another of Tucson's many "public" art pieces. I don't know the history about this piece except that the building was originally a Mexican Restaurant. I've always be fascinated by it.
Any information about it would be greatly appreciated.
The cache container is a small medicine bottle. It contains a log and a small pencil (bring your own just in case). Also a few small items for trade: a geocache logo sticker, Las Vegas & Naval Aviation Museum (Pensacola FL) smashed pennies, Skull & Crossbones, Ninja, Monkey wearing a fez, a mermaid and an elephant.
