The cache is located about 1/2 mile from the parking lot and 1/10th of a mile off the gravel trail. The terrain is more difficult when you leave the trail hench the 3.5 terrain rating. The cached was placed in the fall and may be harder to find in the summer. You may want to bring drinking water along in the summer. There are several trails and trailheads and I don't know if they all lead to the trail the cache is near.
Cache is placed in a Rubbermaid clear container.Feel free to snap a picture and leave the frame number in the log. We want this to be a fun cache for kids and adults so please don't fill with junk. Original contents are: Pez dispenser, postage stamp dispenser, Lottery tickets, pill box, scented candle and holder, toothbrush, Napolean Dynamite talking pen,watch (needs battery), ear muffs,DVD movie,music CD, butterfly stensils and light stick.
