Tämä kätkö vie sinut lyhyelle retkelle Marjaniemen kansanpuistoon, Ruissalon lehtimetsiin. Päätepisteessä on palkintona mahtava näköala. Samalla paikalla on ollut aiemminkin kätkö - paikka ansaitsee kyllä uuden kätkön.
Auton tai polkupyörän voi jättää esimerkiksi lähelle Tammenterhon opastuskeskusta pisteeseen N60,26.242 E22,12.157. Paikassa voi nauttia esimerkiksi kahvia ja samalla oppia lisää alueen luonnosta.
Jos kiinnostaa kävellä lyhyt luontopolku, matkan voi aloittaa pisteestä N60,26,410 E22,12.225.
Kätkö sijaitsee luonnonsuojelualueella, lupa pyydetty ja saatu Turun kaupungin ympäristötoimistolta. Sinun ei tarvitse (etkä saakaan) poiketa polulta. Varo ornitojästejä! Runsas lumi hankaloittaa etsimistä.

This cache takes you to a short visit into the forest of Marjaniemi conservation area. This kind of forest with deciduous trees is quite unique in Finland. You can park your car or bicycle near the nature information centre Tammenterho, (N60,26.242 E22,12.157). In this place, you can also have a cup of coffee and learn more about the nature.
If you are interested in taking a short walk in the nature trail, you can start your journey at N60,26,410 E22,12.225.
Cache is located in a conservation area, permission asked and got from the environmental office of the City of Turku. You do not need to (and you are not allowed to) step away from the trail.
