The Corner of Copicut and Cornel Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Cool Librarian: Too bad this place is home to so many idiots - it's a cute park, but too many fishermen (who in my opinion are the worst when it comes to litter and vandalism) and too many kids partying.

Geocache Description:

A small cache in a scenic location. Very short walk from the car. Looks like lots of muggle activity, so stealth may be required. Please re-hide well with NATURAL materials.

I was on my way to another cache in the area, and passed by this nice spot. I've passed by before and thought, "Now, why isn't there a cache there?" Now there is!

This little fishing and picnicing area is where the Copicut River meets Cornel Pond. Though the signs say it isn't safe to eat the fish, this spot seams to attract plenty of people with its pretty pond, small dam/fall, running river, fire pits, and picnic tables. There's a even a swingset!

Cache is on the smaller side and was assembled with stuff I found in the car. Its placement may not be overly safe - if it is muggled, I will replace with a micro that can be better hidden. In the meantime, please try to re-hide well with natural materials. A little CITO may also be in order.
