Cache is located in a small town park. This is a fairly easy cache, but is not wheelchair accessable. I gave it a difficulty rating of 2 because of heavy tree cover, more difficult to get a reading.
Cache is a tall, narrow, camoflauged container with screw-on black lid. Original contents:
