This is the place for you. Depending on your budget; Mr Donuts, Starbucks and GOBLIN cafe all provide views of the human traffic that passes up and down this hill.

2008 update:
Mr Donuts is gone, It is now nana`s green tea.

Cache is well concealled although you will need no special tools to gain access. Be very careful as the area has a very high muggle count. the best times to be in this area would be early morning or late night when all other people in the area would be busy going somewhere else. lunch would be the hardest time to search for this cache.
