This cache is available year around, and is accessible by car via paved highways.
This cache is located less than ½ mile from one of my favorite places. Thomas Orchards lies just down the river and offers some of the best fruits in the state. Some of the bounties are apples of many varieties, peaches, apricots, nectarines, cherries, plums, and many other items. In the fall when the leaves turn brilliant yellows and oranges it can be a spectacular site. Spring blooms can also be very pretty. This cache is worth the visit just for the orchard down the river. The cache is a 6” diameter grey and black metal canister with a sealable lid. The starting contents include a mini Leather man tool, insect repellant, superball, hacki sac, electronic game, magnet, lizard, horse, light keychain, nail polish, sun keychain, Barbie book, hello kittie, and silver earrings.
