Cape View (Cornish: Kilgoodh Ust, meaning "goose back of St Just") is located on the only Cape in the England. The whole area has a rich mining history and the ornate stack on top of the Cape was built in the 1850s and was part of Cape Cornwall Mine which opened in 1839.
There are superb views from the top. Lands End and Longships Lighthouse to the left, the Brisons in front and Geevor Mine and Pendeen Light to the right.
There is a National Trust (pay in season) car park at N50 07.621 W005 42.267 or Free parking picnic spots and a better walk at N50 07.367 W005 42.209.
As always with caches on the Cornish coast TAKE CARE NEAR THE CLIFFS.
