Geocache Description:

This cache is South of the border, down Mexico way. Ideal for a travel break, this cache should be able to be easily found by those journeying south, with a bit more thought required for those north bound.

I doubt a cache could be placed in this part of Victoria without being much closer to NSW.

Mexico, south of the border, was a common reference to Victoria when I was growing up - Mexicans being those tourist types that came from south of the border with their special driving talents.

Older and wiser now, I've crossed to life in the south, so can't really continue to refer to the locals that way... but as a cache name, why not!

Recommended tools to assist you with the cache are a torch, and for those shorter than 5'0", a step ladder or milk crate
