Winfield Remembers Traditional Cache
J & K: We are sorry but we are going to have to archive this cache. We have replaced it 5 times and are ready to give up. The landscapers have brought in a lot of dirt and grass and we were unable to discover if the cache is still there. Thanks to all who have visited the memorial and found this cache. J & K

This cache is located in Memorial Park in Winfield, KS.
The Kansas Vietnam Memorial was modeled after the National Vietnam Memorial in Washington, DC. The Winfield High School Class of 1963 started the project to honor a classmate who perished during the war. Dedicated in 1989, it lists the 777 service men and women from Kansas who were lost during this tragic time. We hope you will enjoy visiting this smaller version of the Washington DC Memorial.
The container you seek is a small lock n lock box. Please replace the cache exactly as you found it. When checking the coordinates they jumped from 2 feet to 17 feet while we were standing in front of the cache. The hint would be very helpful here.
