This traditional cache is hidden in an out of the way MI DNR
campground, about 7.5 miles NE of the town of Manistique. It is a
great place for putting in or taking out a canoe if you want to see
the Manistique River. There is a stretch of gravel road that can be
rather wet and bumpy in the spring, but other than that you should
have no trouble getting to the cache itself.
The cache is a large coffee container. The original contents
were: a set of dice, yin-yang ball, 2 small dinosaurs, bouncy ball,
and a Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital band-aid dispenser.
