This CACHE is located in a neighborhood park named after a local community improvement advocate Frank Rocco. Short walk on flat terrain will find both parts of this multi-cache.
This cache will take you to a quite neighborhood park named Rocco. Some of the amenities include: Basketball court, Tennis court, Playground, Restrooms, Fishing pier, and Pavilion. Several roads will lead you to this location. It’s also a great spot to watch low fling vintage aircrafts. Only signage is No Alcoholic Beverages. The New Smyrna Beach Parks and Recreation Department gave their permission for the cache placement and also wished us luck. Seems the park has been move once before for not being a good neighbor. I sold them on the fact that Goecacher’s are very park friendly. So please CITO when needed.
This is my first hide and I find it very appropriate that the name is the same as one of OVERROVER’s beloved canines. Many of my finds and a couple couldn’t find are due to OVERROVER being a master in the art of camouflage. Visit Rocco’s Cache in Oak Hill.
Contents of the cache include: NASA/USAF Fire/Rescue Pens, Key Chains, Playing Cards, Lanyards and NASA coins. FTF prize in separate Ziploc bag. ENJOY!
