Geocache Description:

This is the third in a series of caches we have placed at Losco Regional Park in Mandarin. In contrast to the other two, this is no ordinary walk in the park.

This cache is hidden in the great outdoors. As always, it is a good idea to mark the location of your vehicle before entering the woods. Just in case you forget to do that we have included suggested parking coordinates - N30* 10.660 and W081* 33.932. Although the cache is not all that far into the woods, tree cover may nevertheless cause reception problems.

You are seeking a one half gallon plastic container that is painted green. In addition to a logbook and pen, it contains several small and medium sized trade items. While you cannot see the container itself, you should be able to spot how and, consequently, where it is hidden.

Disclaimer: Welcome to North Florida! We’ve got mosquitoes; we’ve got red bugs; we’ve got ticks; we’ve got ants; we’ve got spiders; we’ve got snakes and other critters; we’ve got poison ivy, oak, and sumac; we’ve got mold and allergens; we don’t have kudzu but we do have other pesky vines; and man, have we got briars, brambles, and stickers. Depending upon the path you take to the cache, you may very well find these and other denizens of our environment. Please dress accordingly and take adequate precautions whenever you interact with nature.
