Welcome to the 'Needle Hole'. An odd place with an even stranger placement of equipment. Must be a government job. Anyone have any idea what this site used to be?
To find, start by parking at N29.18.380 W82.09.124. Then proceed down into the abyss. Yes, there is a paved driveway, but you will have to walk for reasons that will become obvious. Once at the bottom head North to the cache. The rest is up to you.
