Geocache Description:

Probably the last section of the Lehigh Trail without a cache hidden along it. The location allows for a hiker or biker to do more than one cache on a trip. The best way would be to use two vehicles and make it a one-way trip.

The cache is hidden just about a mile from the most obvious parking spot but the trail is flat and smooth. There is no need to place yourself in a dangerous situation to retreive the cache, it is hidden in a spot that allows completely safe access.
Watch for deer, turkey, coyotes, and red-tail hawks along your trip, we saw all of these on our way in. When you reach the cache spot, be sure to look carefully. When you are done here continue for a bit further down the trail to do "The Rails and The Trails cache.
The cache is starting out with a rehabilitated TB Leo the Lion. Leo was rescued from a cache along the Genesee River up in Rochester, rehabed, and lost for a while. He is back and ready to roam. Have a good journey, Leo.
